The Aidols

1. Prizes

The declared grand prize winner will receive:

• 10,000 Vizasound credits deposited into their creator profile within 30 business days after the final episode or winner announcement
• Access to Vizasound Pro features for one year
• An invitation to participate as a guest judge in the next season of The Aidols, subject to scheduling, availability, and any additional requirements from Vizasound

The declared second place winner will receive:

• 3,000 Vizasound credits deposited into their creator profile within 30 business days after the final episode or winner announcement
• Access to Vizasound Pro features for six months

The declared third place winner will receive:

• 1,500 Vizasound credits deposited into their creator profile within 30 business days after the final episode or winner announcement
• Access to Vizasound Pro features for three months

Prize values, availability, feature access, and participation opportunities may be modified, substituted, delayed, or revoked by Vizasound if necessary due to technical, operational, legal, safety, eligibility, or platform-related reasons.

2. Eligibility & Originality

By submitting to The Aidols, you confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to all songs, lyrics, vocals, voice models, images, videos, biographies, and other materials you provide. You may not submit content that impersonates another person, uses another person’s voice or likeness without permission, or violates any third-party rights.

3. AI Voice & Safety Requirements

If you submit music using an AI-generated or cloned voice, you confirm that the voice is based on your own voice or another voice that you are legally authorized to use. Deepfakes, celebrity impersonations, unauthorized voice clones, or misleading uses of another person’s identity are not allowed.

4. Media Rights & Show Usage

By submitting to The Aidols, you grant Vizasound, The Aidols, and their production partners a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, display, distribute, promote, synchronize, subtitle, translate, remix, and create derivative works from your submitted songs, AI voice outputs, images, videos, biography information, public social media content, and related materials for the contest, show broadcasts, marketing, social media, trailers, highlights, archives, and future promotional purposes.

5. Public Profile & Promotional Use

You allow Vizasound and The Aidols to reference and display information you provide to us, including your name, username, artist name, bio, image, voice, submitted songs, and communications related to the contest. We may also reference publicly available information from your public social media profiles in connection with the contest and related promotions.

6. No Additional Compensation

Except for the prizes expressly announced by Vizasound, you understand that participation in The Aidols does not create any right to royalties, revenue share, appearance fees, licensing fees, or other compensation for Vizasound’s use of your submitted materials in connection with the contest, show, marketing, or promotional activities.

7. Judging, Voting & Selection Process

Contest progression, auditions, rankings, eliminations, finalists, and winners may be determined using a combination of factors selected by Vizasound, including but not limited to:

• Community voting and engagement
• Judge evaluations and scoring
• AI-assisted analysis, scoring, or performance metrics
• Originality, creativity, production quality, and entertainment value
• Contest rules, eligibility, and platform integrity considerations

Visible vote counts, likes, reactions, or other public engagement metrics shown within the app or on social media are for entertainment and community participation purposes and do not necessarily reflect contestant rankings, qualification status, advancement decisions, or final results.

Vizasound reserves the right to weigh, normalize, limit, filter, invalidate, or disregard votes or engagement activity in cases involving suspected fraud, bots, manipulation, artificial engagement, coordinated abuse, technical anomalies, duplicate accounts, or other activity that may compromise the fairness or integrity of the contest. All judging, scoring, advancement, elimination, and winner decisions made by Vizasound and its judges are final.

8. Disqualification

Vizasound may remove submissions or disqualify participants at any time if we believe a submission violates these contest terms, the Vizasound Terms of Use, platform rules, copyright or publicity rights, safety standards, or the spirit of fair competition. This includes, but is not limited to, offensive content, unauthorized voice or image use, copyright complaints, fake engagement, voting manipulation, fraud, or abuse of the platform.

9. General Terms

These contest terms apply specifically to The Aidols and are in addition to the Vizasound Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By submitting an entry, you agree that your submission may include AI-generated or AI-assisted content and may be reviewed, selected, edited, promoted, or rejected at Vizasound’s discretion.
