[Intro]
In the storm we lift our eyes to You, our shield and stronghold true
[Verse 1]
When the night is dark and heavy, Your mercy lights the way
We cling to Your promise, Father, You never fade or fail
Through the thunder, Your voice is wisdom, in You I find my stay
Your faithful love surrounds me, guiding every step I take today
[Chorus]
Great are You, Lord, mighty and holy
In times of trouble, You stand beside me
With a chorus of angels singing to the King of kings
You are my refuge, my strength, my everything
Great are You, Lord, seated on the throne
Forever Your mercy endures, I am not alone
[Verse 2]
Choirs rise in gratitude, Your goodness fills the skies
When weary hearts cry out for mercy, Your Spirit lifts our eyes
You split the sea of troubles, You calm the raging seas
By Your love we conquer fear, in Your truth we are made free
[Chorus]
Great are You, Lord, mighty and holy
In times of trouble, You stand beside me
With a chorus of angels singing to the King of kings
You are my refuge, my strength, my everything
Great are You, Lord, seated on the throne
Forever Your mercy endures, I am not alone
[Bridge]
Hallelujah, raise the banner high
Our hope secure, we lift Your name on high
Hallelujah, You never let us go
In Your presence we find peace that overflows
[Chorus]
Great are You, Lord, mighty and holy
In times of trouble, You stand beside me
With a chorus of angels singing to the King of kings
You are my refuge, my strength, my everything
Great are You, Lord, seated on the throne
Forever Your mercy endures, I am not alone
[Outro]
Great are You, Lord, great are You, Lord
In every trial, You are near, You are Lord
[End]
