Rise Up, Woman of Faith

[Intro] [Verse 1] Like Deborah judging under the palm tree She arises a mother in Israel God commands her steps to victory The enemy falls before her courage [Chorus] Rise up, woman of faith Take your place in His kingdom Clothed in holy dignity Chosen, royal, and free [Verse 2] Like Esther entering the royal court She speaks for the doomed nation Born for such a time as this She risks her life for truth [Bridge] Like Mary sitting at the Master's feet She chooses the one thing necessary Like Miriam dancing by the parted sea She sings the triumph of God [Chorus] Rise up, woman of faith Take your place in His kingdom Clothed in holy dignity Chosen, royal, and free [Outro] Holy and free By His grace
