Vizasound Ranks

1. Overview

The Vizasound Rank Program (“Rank Program”) is a loyalty program designed to recognize and reward members who actively create, engage with, and promote AI-generated music videos (“jingles”) on the platform.

Members earn rank upgrades by meeting specific activity-based requirements, which may include creating AI video jingles, viewing jingles, and liking jingles. Your current rank, progress, and requirements are always shown on your My Rank page.

2. Annual qualification cycle

Rank qualification is measured on a calendar-year basis (January 1 through December 31). When you reach a new rank during a given year, you retain that rank for the remainder of the current year and the entire following calendar year.

On January 1 of each year, progress toward rank qualification resets. To retain or re-earn a rank for a new year, you must meet the applicable requirements again during that year.

Rank rewards are granted only at the time of a rank upgrade. If you already hold a rank entering a new year, you do not receive the reward again unless you were previously downgraded and then newly qualify for that rank in a later year.

3. Rewards and credits

Certain ranks include rewards such as credits or special access. Credit rewards are applied automatically when a qualifying rank upgrade occurs and are granted at most once per rank per qualifying period.

If your rank is downgraded in a future year and you later re-qualify for that rank again, you may earn the associated reward again at that time.

Credit balances, usage, and transaction history can be viewed on your My Credits page. Credits have no cash value and are subject to the Vizasound Terms of Service.

4. Definitions and qualification rules

• View Jingles: A view is counted when a jingle is watched for a sufficient duration to be registered by the platform during the qualifying year.
• Like Jingles: A like is counted when you actively press the like button on a jingle during the qualifying year.
• Create AI Video Jingles: A qualifying jingle must include an AI-generated video component (audio-only jingles do not qualify), be publicly visible, and be created during the qualifying year.

Activity that is deemed abusive, automated, fraudulent, or intended to manipulate the Rank Program may be excluded from qualification at Vizasound’s discretion.

5. Judges, Top Hits, and Aimmy™ Awards

Members who reach the Maestro rank may become eligible for selection as Judges. Judge status is invitation-only and may require approval by existing judges or the Vizasound team.

Judges help curate which AI music videos appear in Top Hits within the Vizasound app. Top Hits represent standout jingles selected throughout the year based on creativity, quality, and community impact.

From Top Hits, a subset of videos may be selected as recipients of the Aimmy™ Awards (AI music video awards). Aimmy™ Award winners are chosen through a combination of judging criteria and platform discretion and are announced on official Vizasound social media channels.

Judge participation, Top Hits placement, and Aimmy™ Awards do not guarantee compensation or future benefits and are subject to change at any time.

6. Program changes and discretion

Vizasound reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rank Program, including rank requirements, rewards, eligibility rules, and definitions, at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page and take effect when published.

All rank determinations, rewards, and eligibility decisions are made at the sole discretion of Vizasound and are final.
