Your current balance appears in the header. Click the credits icon (or go to My Credits) to add credits and review your history. Each step (lyrics, song, video) shows its exact cost on the button before you run it; you are charged when you click to start. Jobs cannot be canceled once started, but failed jobs are automatically refunded. You can see all charges and automatic refunds in My Credits. A Song is an audio work. A Jingle is a music video paired with a song. A Director Video is created from a brief using Story, Product, or Short video mode and does not require creating a song first.

Use the item’s Edit option to change its visibility. Public content can appear in community areas and may be shared or distributed with attribution. Private content is hidden from the community and may be eligible for removal after 30 days, so download private work you want to keep. Copies already shared to third-party services may remain available after you switch an item to Private.

Open the published item and use its Download or Share actions. Songs can be downloaded as audio and videos as video files when those options are available. Share copies a link to the item’s Vizasound page; private items are not publicly viewable.

Like a song or video on its play page. Find it later under Collections → Favorites, or its category tab. Unlike it to remove it. Connections and Continue are organized automatically. Liking requires signing in.

Open the item’s Edit menu to use the actions available for that content, such as changing its title or visibility, making a copy, or deleting it. Available editing options depend on whether the item is a Song, Jingle, or Director Video.

Open the incomplete item in your studio to continue where the workflow allows. Failed AI jobs are automatically refunded for that step; starting the step again is a new attempt and may use credits.

On the lyrics step, switch to “Your Own Lyrics” and type your text. You can use structure tags like [Verse] and [Chorus]. On “Review and Create Song,” pick a genre and add comma-separated tags (voice, mood, instruments) before creating your song.

Story Video turns an idea or chapter into a storyboard with scenes, characters, and dialogue. Product Video creates a product-focused promotional video from product details and a product image. Short Video creates a brief, usually vertical clip from a prompt. Choose the video type in Director’s Advanced options.

Describe your story or paste a chapter into the prompt, then optionally add a reference image and choose the target length. Create the storyboard, review and edit the scenes, characters, images, and dialogue, then generate the video. Advanced options include resolution, visual style, and dialogue settings.

Choose Product as the video type in Director. Add a product image or provide a product page URL when available, confirm the product name and details, and describe the promotion you want. Director uses that information to prepare a storyboard; review it and make edits before generating the video. A URL is optional when you provide a product image and details yourself.

Choose Short as the video type, describe the clip, set its short target length, and create it. Short Videos are generated as a single clip rather than a multi-scene storyboard. You can choose an available soundtrack or continue without music in the advanced soundtrack options. The available duration and resolution choices are shown in Director.

Yes. Add a reference image to guide the subject or visual direction. Director lets you choose portrait (9:16), landscape (16:9), or square (1:1) framing where supported. The available options can vary by video type.

Director shows an estimated credit cost before you create or generate. The estimate depends on the video length and selected resolution; the final cost is shown in the workflow before you confirm the paid generation. Failed generation steps are automatically refunded.

Yes. Review the storyboard and edit scenes, prompts, images, characters, and dialogue before generating. You can also make supported changes to the project after creation; the editor will show when changes require affected scenes to be generated again.

Story Videos can include an optional soundtrack during finishing. Short Videos can use an available soundtrack or have no music. Uploading your own soundtrack is available with the Executive plan where the soundtrack controls offer it; available options are shown in the workflow.

Yes. Choose “Extend this story” at the end of a visible branch, or “Extend this chapter” where available, to create a chapter that continues from that point. You can also use Continue story in Director’s Advanced options. Your completed chapter is linked by default on either the Creator’s path or an alternative branch, but it must be public to appear to viewers. The story owner can hide the connection later. Adding a chapter below a hidden branch does not make that branch visible again. You still own the video you create.

The creator who owns Chapter 1 controls the story’s Creator’s path: the sequence viewers follow by default when they choose Watch story. Other creators can contribute chapters, but they cannot change that default path. Viewers can choose alternatives to make their own viewing path without changing the Creator’s path for anyone else.

An alternative path is a different continuation of the story from an earlier chapter. It might show another event, perspective, or ending. The story graph shows these branches below the selected path. Each branch can have its own following chapters, so two chapters with the same number may continue from different earlier chapters.

Click an alternative chapter to watch it with the story playlist for that branch. To change your viewing path, drag an alternative chapter onto the selected chapter at the same position. They must have the same chapter number and continue from the same preceding chapter. If they belong to different branches, switch the earlier alternative first. For viewers, this creates Your path, saved in that browser, without changing what other viewers watch. For the story owner, the same drag changes the Creator’s path.

If you own Chapter 1, use the link icon on the arrow leading into another creator’s chapter. Hover over the icon to see its action, then click and confirm Hide this branch. That connection and all chapters below it disappear from your story for viewers. In your own view, the hidden chapters and arrows are faded, and their Extend this story cards are removed. Use the restore icon at the start of the hidden branch and confirm Restore to show it again. Separately hidden branches and private videos remain hidden.

Hiding a branch removes its connection from that owner’s public story; it does not delete your video or transfer ownership. Your video remains in your Studio, and its own page follows your visibility settings. Chapters further down that branch are also hidden from the original story. The story owner can restore the connection later.

Yes. When another creator completes an extension to your story, you receive an Inbox notification and, if Activity emails are enabled, an email with a link to your story. You can review the new chapter and hide its branch if you do not want it shown to viewers. Opening the story through the email link while signed in marks the matching Inbox notification as read.

Yes. On Step 3, click the second Advanced in the video prompt section. You will have a new prompt for guidance for the first frame image or to modify an image that you have uploaded.

After your audio is ready, choose a clip length, (or upload your own video for Full Song), write a clear prompt, and optionally add a reference image. Then click “Finish Video.”

When both users follow each other, new messages can trigger notifications. You can turn Message notifications on or off in Settings > Notifications.

Open Settings and go to the Notifications tab. You can disable App notifications, Message notifications, and Promotions and news to reduce alerts.

Message email digest sends a summary email when you have unread messages and are not using push notifications. You can enable or disable it in Settings > Notifications.

Direct messaging works only when both users follow each other. If one user unfollows, new messages are blocked until both users are connected again.

You can delete a single message from the chat thread or delete the conversation from the Messages list. Deletion applies to your view only, not the other user’s view.

If either user unfollows the other, new direct messages are disabled. Follow each other again to resume messaging.

Follow adds a user to your Following list. Follow back creates a mutual connection, which unlocks direct messaging between both users.

Open Connections from the header menu or from the followers/following counter on jingle pages. You can search users and take follow or message actions there.

These images help the AI keep your subject more consistent across generated videos. A head image is the most important and helps with facial identity. Full-body, left-side, and right-side images are optional, but they can improve body framing, side angles, and motion so the AI has more visual reference when building scenes.

Open Media Kit and use the My Images tab to upload or edit your saved images. Images are optional, and you can add only a head image or add additional views for better results. To control who can use your images in videos, go to Settings, open the Media tab, and change “Who can use my image in videos?” to Me, Connections, or Followers.

Go to Step 2, click Advanced, and choose the option to use your own voice. You will need to provide vocals either on this page or via the My Voice page in the menu.

Go to Settings and open the Media tab. There you can change “Who can use my voice in songs?” to Me, Connections, or Followers. This lets you decide whether only you or a broader group can use your saved voice in song creation.

From Settings, choose “Close Account” in the Profile tab. This removes your account and stored content from Vizasound’s servers. Public copies that were previously shared to third-party sites may persist outside our control; switching to Private or closing an account does not guarantee their immediate removal from other services.
