Sometimes I smile, but inside I cry,
Sometimes I laugh, but I don’t know why.
I say I’m fine, I say I’m okay,
But I lose a little strength every day.
People see my face, but they don’t see my pain,
They see the sunshine, but not all the rain.
They hear my voice, but they don’t hear my heart,
