[Intro]
Marching with faith, I stand on the promises, strong and sure.
[Verse 1]
When I am weary, Your word lights my way, a lamp unto my feet, a guide through night.
I will not fear for You are near me, Your rod and staff restore my soul to life.
[Pre-Chorus]
I lean on Psalm 9:10, they who know Your name will trust in You, for You have not forsaken those who seek You.
[Chorus]
My trust is anchored in the Lord, my God who never fails,
On the rock of ages, I lift my hands and praise Your holy name.
For You are with me, I will not be moved,
With Your right hand You uphold me, faithful and true.
[Verse 2]
Though storms arise, Your promises stand firm in the storm,
I cling to Isaiah 41:10, fear not, for I am with you, do not be dismayed.
Your steadfast love surrounds me like a shield of grace,
In Psalm 23 I find my rest, green pastures, quiet waters place.
[Pre-Chorus]
I recall Philippians 4:13, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me,
So I press on in hope, Your Spirit breathes faith within me.
[Chorus]
My trust is anchored in the Lord, my God who never fails,
On the rock of ages, I lift my hands and praise Your holy name.
For You are with me, I will not be moved,
With Your right hand You uphold me, faithful and true.
[Bridge]
You are my refuge and my strength, a very present help in trouble;
Therefore I will not fear though the earth give way, for You remain.
[Chorus]
My trust is anchored in the Lord, my God who never fails,
On the rock of ages, I lift my hands and praise Your holy name.
For You are with me, I will not be moved,
With Your right hand You uphold me, faithful and true.
[Outro]
I will trust in You, forevermore, Your faithfulness endures to all generations.
