ظلّي المنشود

🖤 "I WAS NEVER THERE" | لم أكن هنا أبدًا [Intro | همس] Do you hear me when the room goes quiet? I used to talk to the stars when nobody listened. I told them your name so I wouldn't forget it... But somehow, I forgot mine. [Verse | هادئ] There's a girl inside my mirror who doesn't look like me. She smiles when I'm breaking, she cries when I can't feel a thing. I've been sleeping with the lights on, afraid of what I'll find. Maybe the monster isn't under my bed... Maybe it's inside my mind. [Pre-Chorus | يبدأ التوتر] I keep counting all the reasons why I should disappear. One... two... three... Funny how the silence is the loudest thing I hear. [DROP | سريع] DON'T LOOK AT ME, DON'T CALL MY NAME! I BUILT THESE WALLS TO HIDE THE PAIN! You wanted the old me, she's already gone. I buried her somewhere before the dawn. Run through the darkness, let the whole world burn. You gave me scars, now watch me learn. I don't need saving, I don't need your light. I became the shadow you were scared to find. [Bridge | فجأة هادئ] Maybe I wasn't broken... Maybe I was just tired of pretending I was whole. Maybe losing myself was the only way to finally become someone. [Final Chorus | قوي جدًا] I WAS NEVER YOURS, I WAS NEVER MINE. I WAS JUST A GHOST WAITING FOR THE RIGHT TIME. Now the night knows my name, and I don't run anymore. If you open that door... You won't recognize the girl you knew before. [Outro | همس] The lights are gone. The room is empty. The mirror is smiling... And this time... So am I.
