[Verse 1]
The Word became flesh, love laid down His life,
Perfect and holy, the spotless Christ,
On the cross, Your mercy satisfied,
Jesus, You were crucified.
[Pre-Chorus]
It is finished, the veil torn wide,
By Your blood, we’re justified.
[Chorus]
He rose in glory, He rose in light,
Death is broken, You are alive,
The grave has lost, the stone rolled away,
Jesus reigns forever today.
Hallelujah, we are free,
By Your grace, You rescued me,
My heart will sing eternally,
Jesus lives in me.
[Verse 2]
The tomb is empty, the work is done,
Risen Savior, God’s own Son,
Seated high at the Father’s side,
Ever living, glorified.
[Pre-Chorus]
New life flows from wounded hands,
Now in Christ, forever we stand.
[Chorus]
He rose in glory, He rose in light,
Death is broken, You are alive,
The grave has lost, the stone rolled away,
Jesus reigns forever today.
Hallelujah, we are free,
By Your grace, You rescued me,
My heart will sing eternally,
Jesus lives in me.
[Bridge – Soaking]
Worthy is the Lamb… slain for us,
Worthy is the Lamb… risen in power,
Holy, Holy… lifted high,
Jesus Christ… be glorified.
[Outro]
He lives… He lives…
My Redeemer lives in me…
He reigns… He reigns…
Now and for eternity.
