Create a long, slow, deeply emotional African All-Star memorial song titled:
“PEDALS FOR PEACE — MIGUEL MASAÏSAÏ”
This is NOT a fast song.
Duration: approximately 7 to 9 minutes.
Tempo: slow to mid-tempo, around 68–74 BPM.
The song must breathe. Leave emotional pauses between important lines. Do not rush the lyrics. Every singer must have time to express the words, with sustained notes, silence, emotional instrumental passages and responses from the choir.
The entire song must be based specifically on the real journey, mission and message of Miguel Mumbere Masaïsaï, the young Congolese cyclist from Goma who launched “Pedals for Peace” on 1 May 2026.
His mission was to travel from Goma to Rabat, Morocco, approximately 14,000 km, using his bicycle to carry a message of peace, respect, unity, cohesion and hope for African youth, particularly for peace in eastern DRC.
He crossed the DRC and reached Kinshasa on 5 August 2026 after more than 6,500 km. He then continued to Brazzaville on 6 September and pursued his journey toward northern Congo-Brazzaville.
His own message must be central to the song:
“Le message que je porte depuis les premiers jours, c’est le message de la paix, du respect et de l’unité de la jeunesse africaine.”
Also incorporate the spirit of his message to young people:
“Gardez espoir.”
And his call for everyone to multiply actions in favor of peace.
The song must tell his story chronologically:
Goma → departure → difficult roads → mountains → rain → heat → mechanical problems → provinces of the DRC → Kinshasa → reception by young people and cyclists → crossing the Congo River → Brazzaville → continued journey toward the north → Ouesso → tragic interruption of the journey → his unfinished dream → his message continuing through others.
Do NOT make the accident itself the center of the song.
The center of the song is:
MIGUEL’S LIFE, HIS BICYCLE, HIS COURAGE, HIS JOURNEY, HIS MESSAGE AND HIS DREAM OF PEACE.
