[Intro]
Be glorified, be exalted, forever praised
[Verse 1]
Jesus, Shepherd of my soul, my shield in the desert winds
Protector in the wilderness, Your faithfulness never ends
Like a shepherd You guard me, like a mother You embrace me
Like a father You clothe and care, like a brother You defend me
Like a sister You counsel, You guide me toward the light
Be glorified and reign, oh Lord, in every day and night
[Chorus]
Hallelujah, hallelujah, glory forever shines
In scorching heat or weary days, You are my shade and signs
You are my provision when I’m hungry, my thirst’s satisfying well
You are the satisfaction of my soul, in You I dwell and dwell
[Verse 2]
In times of trouble You are my helper, sorrow You console
Exile becomes a shelter when You are my resting goal
Weariness dissolves in Your presence, peace like a quiet stream
Be glorified and reign, be glorified in every dream
[Chorus]
Hallelujah, hallelujah, glory forever shines
In scorching heat or weary days, You are my shade and signs
You are my provision when I’m hungry, my thirst’s satisfying well
You are the satisfaction of my soul, in You I dwell and dwell
[Bridge]
You are my Savior, Lord forever, my life’s enduring flame
Be glorified in heaven, Be glorified, proclaim Your name
Reign in heaven, reign on earth, Your kingdom far and wide
Let every heart declare You Lord, with humble, grateful cries
[Chorus]
Hallelujah, hallelujah, glory forever shines
In scorching heat or weary days, You are my shade and signs
You are my provision when I’m hungry, my thirst’s satisfying well
You are the satisfaction of my soul, in You I dwell and dwell
[Outro]
Be glorified, be glorified, reign forever in our lives
Be glorified, be glorified, Jesus, saving light survives
